All items will be sent with tracked shipping via Australia Post. Please select from standard or express shipping when checking out. 

You are also welcome to contact us to arrange collection.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide correct delivery information and we take no responsibility if incorrect details are provided.

We also accept no liability or responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during shipping or for any Shipping Delays


Returns

To ensure the highest level of quality, all items are thoroughly inspected prior to being sent. 

Please inspect your items when you receive them as we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty, has been incorrectly described or is different to the item you have ordered. If there is issue with your headpiece please contact within 3 days of receipt of delivery with photos.

Returns will not be accepted on any item that shows signs of wear, has been damaged by you, if the item has been altered or if you change your mind. 

Any return costs of the item are at the purchasers expense and we recommend returning using a traceable shipping method as we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Returned items must be unused and returned in original packaging. 

Please note: we provide credit notes only and do not provide refunds.

We do not accept returns or provide exchanges on sale items. We are unable to credit original shipping costs.



Storage

Your headpiece will be sent in a suitable box for storage and wrapped in white acid free tissue paper. 

To maintain your piece please keep it out of sunlight and in the box when you are not wearing as items can fade over time if exposed to light. It is also best to store in box to avoid dust or any other possible damages. 

Custom Headwear 

Please contact us by the online booking form to book your custom order and arrange your initial consultation. 

Custom orders require a $200 non refundable deposit to secure. The remaining balance will be due at completion of headpiece. As each piece is handmade and designed to suit a customers brief we do not provide any refunds on custom pieces. 

Customers also acknowledge as pieces are handmade the overall aesthetic may change slightly during the process or if a change will benefit the design.

Hire Terms & Conditions

To secure your rental full payment is required at time of booking.

Items are hired at a per week rate. This includes 7 Days from the selected start date, with items to be returned on the 7th day. If the 7th day lands on a weekend or public holiday please ensure to return the following business day. Hire items will be sent to arrive on or before your selected start date.

Hired items can be collected in person or for an additional cost can be sent with traceable postage via Australia post.

When you are ready to return your rental piece please help to return well packaged to avoid any damages during transit. If your headpiece was sent in a hat box please ensure to return in the original box.

If returning via post please ensure to send via a traceable postage method. The renter is responsible for return postage costs.

*Please look after items and please do not alter in anyway. Please note that any major damages or loss or hire items will occur a fee. Damage fees will be calculated on the repair cost required and any loss of items will incur a fee of the full retail value.

*Please note a late fee of $10 per day will apply for each day an item is late.

Cancellations

If you need to make changes or cancel your booking please contact us to arrange.

For cancellation made 10 days or more prior to the commencement of your rental start date and your item(s) have not already been posted a full refund will be issued.

If you cancel your booking less than 10days prior to your hire start date and your item(s) have not already been posted a 50% refund will be issued as the opportunity to rehire this item will have been missed.

If for any reason we are unable to provide the item(s) you have hired we will contact you and where possible we will offer an alternative option at no additional cost. Where an alternative option is not available or not suitable a full refund will be issued. You will be unable to claim any compensation for any loss, expense, damage, inconvenience or loss of time due to a cancellation.
